PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is given that the Village of Hebron Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 16, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. in the Hebron Village Hall, 12007 Prairie Avenue, Hebron, Illinois to consider and make a recommendation regarding proposed text amendments to the Hebron Zoning Ordinance. The proposed text amendments to the Hebron Zoning Ordinance are as follows: i) an amendment to Section 5A-5-1, Accessory Buildings, to provide that an accessory building not exceed a maximum size of 144 square feet and a maximum height of 12 feet; and ii) an amendment to Section 5A-5-6 to the Hebron Zoning Ordinance to provide that a pool be located only in the rear yard of a lot in the E-1, R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5, R-6, R-7 and Agricultural Zoning Districts subject to a minimum side yard setback of ten feet and a rear yard setback of three feet. The public is invited to attend the hearing and present evidence or testimony in connection with the proposed text amendments. Copies of the proposed text amendments are on file for inspection at the Hebron Village Hall during regular business hours.
