WATER AND SEWER BILLING ISSUES!

In transitioning to a new water and sewer software billing program, the Village has become aware that bills have been sent out which contain billing errors, specifically, amounts lower than what is actually owed by the utility user. First, we apologize for the problems and are working diligently to fix them. Second, we do ask that utility users pay the bills. With respect to any billing discrepancies, the Village will attempt to correct any discrepancies in next month’s bills. Again, we would appreciate your understanding and consideration.
