Mosquito Control Application - Friday, July 2nd

Clarke Environmental Mosquito Management will be performing an application for adult mosquito control this Friday, July 2nd, weather permitting.  This is the second village-wide application for this season.  

1st Annual 4th of July Parade

Join us for Hebron's 1st Annual 4th of July Parade this Saturday, July 3rd at 11:00 a.m.  The parade begins and ends at the high school.  It will begin going north on Illinois Street from McKinley Avenue.  There will be tractors, police cars, fire trucks and more!  Click on the following link to the Parade Route for more information.  Be safe and enjoy!!!

Saturday, July 3 - Village of Hebron Parade to celebrate Independence Day.  There will be additional information to follow very soon!

 

Saturday, July 17 - Tractor Trek sponsored by McHenry County Farm Bureau and Antique Tractor Club will be stopping at Crandall's at noon.  Sixty antique tractors participate in this event, and their owners will be proud to show them off.   Their route will be coming from Ringwood, going through Zenda and the backside of Lake Geneva, and coming in on Hebron Road to Crandall's for lunch at noon.  Please follow this link, https://mchenrycfb.org/node/126 from the Farm Bureau for more information.  

 

Weather Watch

After a mild few days, temperatures will soar to 90 degrees Thursday afternoon ahead of potential powerful storms later in the evening, forecasters say.  In addiion, forecasters say that there could be damaging winds up to 65 mph and hail up to the size of ping pong balls are possible.  Stay safe everyone!

The Village will be holding the annual Village Garage Sale Day again on Saturday, August 14.  ASAP there will be more information to follow.

Girl Scout Troop 3271 - Take Action Project

The local Girl Scout Troop 3271 have completed their Take Action Project!  Please follow the "Take Action Project" link to their flyer.  They will be holding a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, June 4th at 6:00 p.m. in the grassy area next to the Village of Hebron Police Department.  All are welcome!
